- Fixed Mailchimp padding issue. When you remove a block from Mailchimp there is no longer a large white space remaining between the remaining blocks.

- fixed the MailChimp free account “gray footer” issue : the Mailchimp rewards are included in the template now, so the MailChimp default gray footer doesn’t show up any more
