Using plugin you can hide admin menu.Custom Menu Blocker allowing you to hide admin menu user wise the facility for hiding and showing the admin menu using checking checkbox.
There is no need to put shortcode or anything its give setting page at admin panel. also this plugin not override core capabilities.
