Yes, it’s possible, go to Appearance > Customize > Figure Options > Footer Options, and change it in the “Copyright Text” field.

Is there any possibilities to edit default colors?
Yes, go to TAppearance > Customize > Figure Options > theme color, and change color values to desired.
